- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆Cant even start to put in to words how upset and angry i am. I went into this store on Saturday to let my little boy spend hes pocket money £10 he choose a toy called stinky pig it was the last one i pressed it when i got in the car and realised it didnt work so lucky enough i was at my grandmas house 10 mins up the road so we thought we would go home change the batts see if it worked no it was faulty so back we went down to change it got back in the shop and the young lady that served me was there and a older lady that wasnt there before well anyway bare in mind i purchased this faulty item 20mins ago with the receipt with time date etc she decided to go under the counter get her box out pulls out a screw driver undoes it and put batterys in did it work? No so she must of thought i was lieing. So anyway she gave me my ten pounds back and i looked for something else for my son i found a till with a price tag on the box for 12.99 i went to the till the young lady served me agian and it came up 17.99 i said it says 12.99 on the box.. well the older lady got involed grabbed the box and said i cant sell you that i would have to put money in the till for that its to much of a loss so now shes holding the box telling me i cant buy it i said i want to buy it at the price it says on the box i said any other store would do that she was extremely rude and nasty. She argued and argued and held the box hostage and told me shes taking it of shop floor for 24hours!By Admin, April 06, 2018
